A best-of-breed medical monitoring system utilizing subcutaneous sensors that collect daily vital physiological data able to provide the best digital biomarker today for HF monitoring: intracardiac pressures.
This IoT-enabled solution provides combined and aggregated hemodynamic and electrophysiological data to remote monitoring platforms, enabling healthcare professionals to perform proactive and personalized patient monitoring.
